We want you to love your Prizm Guards. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

📅 14-Day Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

📧 How to Start a Return

Email support@prizmslabs.com with your order number. Don't send items back without contacting us first.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customer covers return shipping. We'll provide instructions on where to send your package.

🔧 Damaged or Defective?

Contact us immediately. We may ask for a photo of the item cut in half (to confirm it can't be reused). Once verified, we'll ship a free replacement — no need to return the original.

⚠️ Exceptions

We can't accept returns on sale items, bundle deals, or gift cards.

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different color? Return the original and place a new order for the fastest turnaround.

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
